1. Who is installing the BlueBike into the
helmets?
Due to the great number of different
helmet types we recommend to instruct either the
manufacturer directly to install the Bluetooth kit or you
contact an authorized partner company.
6.
Is it possible to use the navigation system TomTom Rider?
For the time being, we cannot grant
for 100%, that the TomTom Rider is working together with
BlueBike. Garmin zūmo™ and Navigator III are working fine
with the BlueBike – We try to solve the problems with TomTom
Rider on the software side.
7. Is it possible to transmit
Music into the helmet even without the BlueCenter?
Yes, many manufacturers and dealers
are offering a Bluetooth
® A2DP-dongle for MP3-Players. Is
this dongle supporting the Pin-code : 0000 , this dongle
directly can be paired with BlueBike. So music is
transmitted directly into the helmet via A2DP profile, what
means in HiFi stereo quality.
[top] 8. Is
it possible to pair the Bluetooth®
Adapter
BPA-100 for walkie-talkies of
the company Albrecht with the BlueBike?
Yes, the Bluetooth
® adapter BPA-100
restricted can be used. To avoid, that an incoming radio
signal can become lost, the Bluetooth® connection between
BlueBike and adapter stays open. As a consequence of this
fact neither the Bluetooth® mobile phone or the Bluetooth®
navigation system can be logged in parallely. This function
is fix defined by the BPA-100 adapter. We work on a software
modification in this matter.
We recommend walkie-talkies from the
manufacturers Albrecht, Midland, Alan and the walkie-talkie
Kenwood Funkey. Generally it is important, that the devices
disposes of two plug-in points.
® navigation systems,
which transmit also the voice announcements via Bluetooth®,
can be paired with the BlueBike. In the case that the
navigation system only has the function to be also a
handsfree device for the Bluetooth® mobile phone and no
Bluetooth® headset can be connected, the navigation system
has to be connected with the BlueCenter. The voice
announcements of the navigation systems are carried out by
the BlueCenter via Bluetooth® into the helmet.
